  • Payment can be made online via Paypal or via invoice.

 

  • The person who made the booking declares that they have the authorisation to book this course. If they do not have authorisation, They are the person to be held responsible for course payment.

  • By enrolling into one of our courses you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.

  • Please note that we do not offer Refunds (only Course Credits).

  • If you are unable attend, you may send a substitute.

  • We do not do Cancellations. We do however offer the option of Course Credits instead.

  • Course Credits will only be issued if you cannot attend the scheduled training date.

  • Course Credits are issued solely at our discretion.

  • Refer to our Terms & Conditions online regarding Non-attendance (No Shows), Postponements and Late Notice.

  • We are human and do understand that extenuating circumstances may arise from time to time, however without extremely compelling reasoning (this does not include work commitments or availability of students etc.), we will be forced to levy a deferment fee. If such extenuating circumstances do arise, no refund will be issued, however we will arrange an alternative date at our discretion to rebook the training.
