JEANNETTE OFFERS NDIS FUNDED COUNSELLING & PSYCHOSOCIAL RECOVERY COACHING
FOR PEOPLE WITH DIFFERENT ABILITIES
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching supports people with challenging mental health presentations, and more than often physical health limitations, to develop social and the psychological resources to counter their psychological risk factors.

Our psychosocial resources and abilities include love, self-esteem, self-care, communication, emotional support, social integration, community access, a sense of belonging, mobility, trust, perceived sense of control, vitality, meaningfulness and purpose.
​
When one or more of these inner resources are significantly diminished you may experience anxiety, hopelessness, depression or suicidality. Jeannette will work alongside you to develop strategies, action plans and daily routines that support you to maintain psychological equilibrium, build your life skills capacity and increase community integration.​
Jeannette's NDIS Counselling and Psychosocial Recovery sessions support people (all ages) living with psychological challenges, mental and physical disabilities, their families, carers and support workers. You can work with Jeannette at The Art of Being Well in Southport, Gold Coast and via Telehealth / Online.
Walk and Talk sessions are also an excellent option for combining Psychosocial Coaching with steps towards improving community integration.
