The Daily Presence Meditation sessions & programs offer tools, techniques and discussions for helping you understand, manage and overcome the stresses of daily life, as well as the debilitating and overwhelming impacts of anxiety & depression, trauma, illness, injury and other generally distressing life circumstances.
It is helpful for replacing stress, anxiety, depression & overwhelm with
inner stillness and harmony

energy and enthusiasm and joy
Incessant thinking and worries into
clarity, awareness and truth
Meditation Sessions are offered in private or group sessions and online courses –
in person, via phone or Zoom.
They are a mix of discussions, sitting, laying or walking meditations, body awareness and gentle exercise practices depending on your needs & capacities.
Each session runs for 60 minutes and it is recommended to commit to a series of them to help establish your practice.
